Stamped concrete is first deep cleaned with high pressure cold water using a commercial surface scrubber. This process will insure the removal of any dirt and surface contamination of the concrete as well as remove as much existing delaminated or crystalized sealant as possible without damaging the concrete. Excessive amounts of existing sealant as well as embedded stains such as rust, oils etc. may be minimized with this process but not removed completely. The concrete will then be pressure washer rinsed to remove any debris and residue, and blown off to eliminate standing water and aid in the drying process. When sufficient drying has been achieved a spray on application of CPD acrylic and solvent based topical sealant will be applied. This application will result in a darker glossy sheen, bringing out depth in your stamped concretes base and release colors while protecting it from premature fading, and freeze thaw cycle damage.
This process is recommended as an every
other year procedure to ensure the best protection and optimum service life of your stamped concrete.
